Here's what we recommend to ensure a great session:

- Bathing suit or something you're comfortable sweating / plunging in

- Water bottle (glass bottles are not welcome in the sauna for safety) - We highly encourage bringing your own reusable mug for tea We provide a robe, a small towel (to sit on and to dry off with after), ⁠hot water, un-caffeinated tea bags and filtered water.

We provide two small towels for sitting in the sauna and drying off at the end.

All of our team members are CPR & First Aid trained. Not all sessions are guided, but our onsite host would be happy to support you throughout your session.

Our team on site is there to help assist you throughout your experience. While not all sessions are guided, our team is there to answer any questions you have along the way.
